At VitalPath Solutions LLC, we value our clients and strive to deliver the highest quality consultancy services in staff recruitment, onboarding, and training. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Service Fees
- All payments made for consultancy services (recruitment, onboarding, training, or consulting packages) are non-refundable once services have been initiated.
- Fees paid for completed services are final and non-reversible.
2. Cancellations
- Clients may cancel a service agreement prior to the scheduled start date. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or setup fees.
- Once services have begun (e.g., candidate search, onboarding sessions, or training workshops), no refunds will be issued.
3. Custom Projects & Retainers
- For custom consultancy projects or monthly retainer plans, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance.
- Any prepaid fees for unused months may be eligible for a prorated refund, excluding work already completed.
4. Recruitment Guarantee
- While we aim to match clinics with the best candidates, we cannot guarantee long-term retention or performance of hired staff. Refunds will not be provided for staff turnover.
- However, depending on the service plan selected, replacement recruitment services may be offered at no additional cost within a defined guarantee period.
5. Training & Workshops
- Payments for scheduled training sessions or workshops are non-refundable.
- If a client needs to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate new dates without additional charges (with at least 7 days’ notice).
6. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where:
- Services were not delivered as agreed upon in writing.
- Billing errors occurred (e.g., duplicate charges).
